The Bridgehaven Condominiums are located in Milford, Ohio. This large and friendly neighborhood includes 356 residences with beautifully maintained landscaping and amenities including; pool, tennis and basketball courts, workout room, and clubouse. Construction started in 1998 and completed in 2004.

The above listed contractors have performed a great deal of work in our Community
and several of our neighbors have been kind enough to share their names.
NOTE: Each works as an independent contractor and any decision on their use
rests between the resident and the contractor.
What does the Homeowner Association Fee cover?
Management: Administrative, legal, audit, bookkeeping expenses, office supplies and water.
Grounds Care: Grass cutting, fertilizing, mulching, weed control, flower and tree care, planting/removal/replacement.
Pavement and Sidewalks: Street, sidewalk, curb repair and maintenance.
Exterior Building Surface/Structures: Roof, gutter, siding repair, painting, maintenance/replacement, termite control.
Snow Removal: Clean all drives, sidewalks, entrance ways, parking areas, application of melting agent.
Trash Collection: Trash pick-up, dumpster service and maintenance
Common/Limited Common Areas: Maintain decks, street lighting, hall maintenance, lighting, cleaning, painting, carpet care and replacement, clubhouse, pool, tennis court, basketball court maintenance and repair.
Insurance: Risk/replacement coverage on all buildings and common areas.Anyone wishing to address to the Board must have their name on the agenda at least ten days in advance of any meeting to allow time to research questions and prepare a proper response. The Board reserves the right to change meeting dates and times, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances.
